Multisensory activities are a key component of Montessori learning.
Engage the whole family with multi-sensory fun using many materials you already have in the house.
Children love to learn through their senses. By stimulating the senses, we activate
different parts of the brain. This helps children cement concepts and love learning!
Sensorial works are also helpful for children to learn more about their bodies, how they work, and how they fit into the world.
You will find sensory activities in everything we do. These are some of our favorites!
These may work best presented over a period of several weeks or months. Some may even find themselves a full-time place on your shelves or a regular repeat in your homeschool or classroom.

The Sensory Activity Pack uses many materials you probably already have around the house, including:
- water beads
- quinoa
- yarn
- cardboard
- scissors
- tape
- glue
- empty plastic bottle
- sandpaper in a variety of grits
- plastic easter eggs
- craft pompoms
- paint sample strips
- paint
- ziplock bags
- fabric square of a scarf

The pack contained many activities and after scrolling through them, we cant wait to cross them off our to do list. Many ages can take part and they seem like great summer activities for indoors when it gets too hot for us Phoenicians. Thank you for helping us keep busy with lots of fun!
